I believe every massage should be a personalized experience designed to relieve tension, and support your overall well-being. My specialties include Swedish relaxation, deep tissue, prenatal, sports massage, Thai table massage, assisted stretching, myofascial release, reflexology, lymphatic massage, cupping, and instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization.
